And request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the item to be picked up from the delivery address by courier to return it to us. We will process the return if the item is received on our website in an unused condition and is in its original box and packaging with its identification cards and with the invoice, and if these things are not available, it will not be possible to return / exchange / compensate the value of the commodity.

Exchanges should only be made through courier delivery of items of the same price when returning those goods.
